      <image:caption>FOUNDER Siavash Barmand has over 30 years of real estate development experience and is charged with setting the strategic and business direction for a number of single and multi-asset partnerships. He has an extensive track record as a real estate developer, investor, consultant, and asset manager. During his career in public and private real estate development, he has been a key player in over USD250 million worth of real estate transactions. Siavash's experience ranges from small, local developments to large planned communities for multi-family residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. His focus is in urban, mixed-use projects, with an emphasis on hospitality. He has over 35 years of experience in corporate business development, ownership structuring, acquisitions and re-positioning, project oversight and redevelopment, asset management, and maintaining key investor relationships. He specializes in identifying real estate investment opportunities all around the globe, and sourcing and evaluating strategic equity partners. He has provided consulting and investment advisory services to global investors, developers, builders, engineers, and contractors in both commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential real estate sectors and has acted as a government expert witness in real estate development-related litigations. The City of Riverside, California awarded his company, MetroPacific Properties, the exclusive right to redevelop four downtown blocks. The Hyatt Place Hotel, Phase 1 of this project, was completed in April 2012. Siavash began his career in 1980 as a civil/structural engineer for the Bechtel Corporation in San Francisco. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, his M.S. in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from California State University, San Jose, and his MBA in Management and Finance from San Francisco State University. He held a California building contractor's license from 1984 to 1991 and has been a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California since 1986.</image:caption>

Jan spent his early career working in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Beijing, after which he independently developed luxury focused hospitality projects in Australia. Primarily based in Copenhagen and London, Jan’s focus areas are Scandinavia, UK, and DACH regions in Europe. With a passion for tourism and an extensive experience in European and East Asian markets, Jan studied at both Tokyo University and Peking University and is fluent in Mandarin, Japanese, German and Danish.</image:caption>
